Non-delivery of the product
- If the delivery of the product takes longer than expected, and you have not received the completed order, please contact us for assistance via support@tikrocket.co Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our support department within 3 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.
Product not as described
- If you receive a product that is not as described on our website, please report the issue to our support department within 3 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided to prove that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.
- Please note that complaints based on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. All products are sold “as is”, and the customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase. No refunds will be issued unless the above criteria are met.
